In the mornings I absolutely love starting my day with a delicious bowl of oat. Especially when it’s topped with a Swisse Me smoothie such a treat.
150g Rolled Oats
100ml Milk (any kind I used Oat Milk)
1 Kiwi (peeled and sliced)
Handful of Blueberries
1 Swisse Me Boost Me Mango Smoothie
Prep Time 5 mins
Cook Time 5 min
Eat straight away
Step by Step
In a small pan place oats and milk. Bring to the boil and simmer for 4-5 minutes, stirring from time to time and watching carefully that it doesn't stick to the bottom of the pan. Or you can try this in a microwave.
Once ready, place in bowl and place on the kiwi, raspberries and blueberries.
