The mission is simple, to get myself to become the fittest that I have ever been. Eating cleaner and healthier by cutting out all sweets, chocolates and alcohol. Upping my training routine weights and reps.
I am thrilled to announce that for this challenge I have teamed up with the amazingly talented Natt Summers who as over 15 years experience within the fitness industry and who is also co-author a book with Bear Grylls called ‘Your Life Train For It.’
