This week I have a super simple sausage roll garland. Sure to turn heads at any Christmas party. For my filling I went for sage and apricot. But why not get creative? Perhaps apple and cranberry or peppercorn and thyme. Can't wait to see when you come up with.

Servings: Makes 11/12

2 cups Rebel unsweetened dairy free milk

1 teaspoon vanilla extract

1 tablespoon True Honey raw honey (optional)

1/2 cup Naturya Organic chia seeds

1 cup blueberries

1. Cube your dried apricots.

2. Pick sage leaves off the stem and finely chop ( Optional - put a few leaves aside for decorartion.

3.Mix sausage meat with chopped apricots & sage, adding half at a time. Mix well.

4. Once mixed add salt and pepper.

5. Roll out your puff pastry and add filling to one side. Roll tightly.

6. Crack egg into a small bowl, mix well. Brush egg wash onto the end of pastry to seal.

7. Slice pastry evenly, leaving dough attached on one end. Fan into a wreath shape.

8. Use a star shaped cookie cutter to make stars out of left over puff pastry. Place stars on the top of the rolls for decoration.

9. Brush with egg wash and sprinkle poppy seeds on top.

10. Back at 180 for 15-20 minutes.
