
Collagen snack bars
Here is my super simple recipe to my blueberry and raisin collagen snack bars. I love having one of these around 11am as a post workout snack.
Collagen has been proven to have so many health benefits so when I found out about Rite-Flex I know I had to give them a go! Boy am I glad I did.

- 2 SCOOPS OF RITE-FLEX COLLAGEN PEPTIDES
- 1 JAR OF ANZAC BISCUIT MIX
- 1 CUP OF BLUEBERRIES
- 1/2 CUP OF RAISINS
- 1 TABLE SPOON OF COCONUT OIL
- 100ML OF BOILING WATER
- 1/2 TABLE SPOON OF MAYPLE SYRUP
- 1 VERY RIPE BANANA
- Prep Time 5 mins
- Cook Time 10-15 min
- Last for 4-5 days
- Makes 12 Bars
Step by Step
- Preheat the oven to 250 F
- PEEL AND MASH BANANA IN A BOWL.
- STIR IN HALF OF THE BLUEBERRIES.
- MIX ANZAC BISCUIT MIX, COLLAGEN IN A BOWL
- ADD IN THE RAISINS
- MELT THE COCONUT OIL AND ADD TO THE MIXTURE.
- ADD THE MAYPLE SYRUP AND HOT WATER MIX WELL.
- POUR INTO A SHALLOW BAKING TRAY LINED WITH BAKING PAPER
- ADD THE OTHER HALF OF THE BLUEBERRIES
- COOK IN OVEN FOR 15-20MINS
- ALLOW TO COOL, CUT AND ENJOY
