Blueberry Chia Pudding

For this chia pudding recipe, I used chia seeds in a way to mimic rice pudding. Reminding me of one of my favourite childhood treat. Plus the best part about this chia pudding is that I am using much healthier ingredients to make this one of the smartest treats for you all to indulge in.

2 cups Rebel unsweetened dairy free milk

1 teaspoon vanilla extract

1 tablespoon True Honey raw honey (optional)

1/2 cup Naturya Organic chia seeds

1 cup blueberries

Mix Milk, Honey & Vanilla in a bowl.

Add the Chia Seeds, stir well.

Pour into recycled jam jars, glassware or bowls.

Leave to stand in the fridge for 1 hour.

Top with Blueberries and a drizzle of Honey.
